Role - Infra/C++ Developer/Software Engineer - Quantitative Trading Firm.
Experience :
Open wrt years of experience as the firms has multiple roles ( total - 6 roles).
Salary - INR 2- 35 lac (Fixed or base salary) + 10 - 15 lacs ( minimum guaranteed Bonus) + performance bonus.
Location :
Bangalore/ Delhi/NCR/Mumbai/UK/Singapore/Hong Kong/London/New York.
Education :
They hire candidates only from ONLY IIT - Computer Science or Electrical or Mathematics and Computing background. Preferable 8.0+ CGPA.
Number of roles : 5 (Infra/C++ Developer).
Role/Requirement :
• Good knowledge of C++ programming.
• Excellent programming skills
• Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Strong objectoriented programming skills and design patterns
• Keen interest in probability and puzzle solving.
• Role is to develop high frequency systematic/automated strategies in multiple exchanges across the globe.
• Strong quantitative skills and academic achievement
• Keen interest in financial markets, selfmotivated.
• Good communication skills: Comfortable with explaining complicated models to a wide audience.
• Team players and have the ability to come up with solutions quickly and think through these solutions with others.
• Drive and passion to lead a team and to work in an open, creative and collaborative startup environment.
