Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic CA Articled Interns to join our firm. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various domains such as taxation, audit, accounting, and financial consulting. This role offers an excellent learning environment to develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Areas of exposure

Income Tax Advisory & Compliance

· Assist in the preparation of advance tax calculations, TDS returns, income tax returns, and tax audit reports for clients.

· Support the team in providing tax planning and structuring strategies to optimize client outcomes.

GST Advisory & Compliance

· Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, handling refund applications, and supporting GST audit processes.

· Help in preparing and maintaining documentation related to GST compliance.

International Taxation & Transfer Pricing

· Provide support in advising clients on international tax matters, including transfer pricing and FEMA compliance.

· Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reports.

Accounting & Payroll

· Participate in book-keeping, accounting, and payroll management tasks using various accounting software.

· Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports.

Audit and Assurance

· Assist in conducting statutory, internal, and tax audits for clients under the guidance of senior team members.

· Perform audit procedures, vouching, and verification as part of audit assignments.

Financial Modeling & Valuation

· Support the team in preparing financial models and valuation reports for various client requirements.

· Conduct research and data analysis to assist in financial decision-making.

Client Financial Support

· Help in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client finance teams.

· Prepare and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and financial dashboards.

Compliance Management

· Help in developing and maintaining a compliance calendar to track statutory and regulatory deadlines for clients.

· Assist in updating clients and the internal team on changes in regulatory laws.

Please note that this role is strictly on-site and will require daily commute to Borivali, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
