Ca-deal Advisory

We're looking for a Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience. The role starts as remote work and later becomes a mix of remote and office.

• *Responsibilities**:

- **Transaction Structuring**: Help with planning and organizing financial transactions, making sure everything follows the rules and gets the best results.

- **Due Diligence**: Look into details of business deals like mergers or investments to understand risks and opportunities.

- **Advisory Services**: Give advice to clients on financial and regulatory issues to help them improve their businesses.

- **Compliance Management**: Make sure our company follows all the rules and laws, both in India and abroad.

- **Corporate Restructuring**: Assist clients with changing their business structures, like merging or splitting companies, while keeping taxes low and operations smooth.

- **Taxation**: Manage taxes for our company, including planning, following rules, and dealing with any problems.

- **Litigation Support**: Help out with legal matters related to taxes and regulations.

• *Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant with membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

- At least 2 years of experience in areas like transaction planning, due diligence, advisory, compliance, restructuring, and taxation.

- Good understanding of Indian tax laws and rules.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions.

- Good communication skills for working with clients and teams.

- Can work alone or as part of a team, and can handle a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
