Responsibilities
Leadership opportunity to Head Finance function and act as a strategic advisor in all key business decisions. Focus on growth aspects, ensure delivery of business goals, shareholder value generation, manage business risk, focus on technology, digitisation, drive highest order of governance, ethics and compliance and ensure leadership pipeline and grooming.
Provide Leadership in designing and executing business strategies to ensure delivery of all business goals as per set targets.
Play a critical role in generating free cash flow, gross working capital, revenue.
Ensure right marketing and pricing strategy for margin protection.
Ensure Return on investments for all strategic projects and assets.
Drive key policy advocacy matters and ensure shareholder value generation.
Responsible for driving highest order of governance, ethics, compliance & transparent reporting and managing business risk.
Strong focus on cutting edge technology, digitalisation & benchmarking with Global Best Practice organisation.
Partner with the growth vision and be a key driver in achieving the cost reduction and NSR maximisation.
