Pay: $25.50/hour

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure passenger safety by performing FAA safety procedures, conducting preflight equipment checks, and maintaining compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Deliver exceptional service through friendly communication, effective problem-solving, and warm hospitality throughout the flight.
• Manage cabin operations by organizing galley setup, overseeing beverage and snack service, and maintaining a tidy cabin environment.
• Respond effectively to emergencies by administering first aid and supporting evacuation procedures with calm leadership.
Your Path with Frontier:
• Engage in 3.5 weeks of comprehensive training, including lodging and meals, to prepare for all inflight safety and service operations. Initial training is unpaid.
• Upon certification, you may start on Reserve with one of the shortest reserve timelines in the industry.
• Be assigned to one of our 13 bases according to business needs and seniority.
• Benefit from seniority movement as the airline grows, which may offer increased schedule flexibility and base transfer opportunities.
Your Qualifications Include:
• A valid passport with a minimum of 14 months’ validity and the ability to travel internationally.
• Aged 20 or above to initiate the interview process.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in areas like hospitality, retail, or food service.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional appearance; no visible hand, neck, or face tattoos.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort in fast-paced dynamic environments while assisting passengers.
This Role Involves:
• Standing for long periods and maneuvering safely within a pressurized cabin.
• Lifting and storing 35-50 lb. bags and pushing/pulling 100-lb. galley carts.
• Reaching overhead (up to 67 inches) and operating aircraft doors and emergency equipment.
• Hearing and responding to announcements, call buttons, and crew communications.
• Bending, balancing, and performing repeated motions to assist passengers.
• Securing yourself in a jumpseat with standard belts and harnesses (no extensions).
Additionally, you will adhere to all FAA and Frontier safety procedures, prepare and secure aircraft doors, assist passengers during boarding and deplaning, provide safety demonstrations, perform onboard service and sales, and administer CPR/first aid when necessary.
