- Organising and managing logistical arrangements for Cabinet meetings, including regional and offsite locations and providing on-site support as needed.
- Monitoring and refining Cabinet processes to ensure they remain efficient, effective and aligned with best practice.

This role is for someone who loves processes, structure and operational detail - a true organiser who takes pride in ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

What you'll bring to the role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who thrives in an administrative and operational environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, Executive Government, Cabinet, and Cabinet Committee processes.
- A passion for processes and structure, with a proven ability to manage complex workflows and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on building effective relationships across teams and agencies.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to refining and enhancing processes.
- Flexibility and the ability to travel intrastate as required.

This is a hands-on operational position that requires a love for detail, structure and getting things done. If you enjoy a fast-faced, high-profile environment where precision and process are key, this is the role for you.|
