Overview
We are a construction team based in Richmond/Vancouver specializing in high-quality cabinet and millwork installation.
We are currently looking for an experienced assistant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in cabinetry and millwork installation.
Responsibilities
Assist with cabinet and millwork installation
Use hand and power tools confidently (drill, level, measuring tools, saws, and carpentry tools)
Assist with cutting, measuring, leveling, and fitting cabinets
Support installation process and material handling
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in cabinetry, millwork, or construction
Confident using tools (drill/driver, level, measuring tape, saws, and basic carpentry tools)
Ability to read measurements and perform accurate cuts
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit and reliable
Pay
$25–$30/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule
20–40 hours per week (depending on projects)
