Job Description
We are looking for an individual with cabinetry knowledge and experience (5y min). This will be a role where you will be responsible for setting the standard by which others should follow and ensuring a high level of productivity and safety.
Requirements
· Knowledge of cabinetmaking processes, products, and tools
· Ability to interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications.
· Can work independently and build custom cabinets
· Must know and work with plastic laminate, melamine, solid wood, veneer or other products.
· Must be able to operate alone on a project from the cutting list to the final touchups.
· Maintain line speed and quality of products.
· Commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
· Must have an eye for detail and high attention to quality.
· Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve, in conjunction with the project manager.
· Ability to safely use hand tools, powered machines, and equipment.
· Follow safety protocols including appropriate use of PPE.
· Physically capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 lbs. of equipment etc.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment.
· Safety oriented.
· Teamwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
