Role Description:
This is a full-time onsite CAD Designer role located in Bengaluru. The CAD Designer will be responsible for producing technical drawings based on given specifications, modifying existing drawings, and ensuring that the drawings are up-to-date with site measurements and design changes. The CAD Draftsmen will also work with engineers and designers to prepare detailed drawings, maintain drawing records, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of all drawings. The individual should also have knowledge of material used in the detailed drawing for different spaces, built-in joinery, shop drawings etc.
Qualifications:
• Experience of minimum of 2-5years in Commercial/Workplace Interior Fit-Out.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Proficient in manual and computer-aided drafting techniques and software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Experience in drafting for electrical, mechanical and/or plumbing systems in interior fit-out projects
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
