This contractor provides commercial joinery & furniture across high end commercial & corporate fitout. With withstanding relationships with Fitout contractors & Architects they are well placed in the industry for the long term. With a well-structured, progressive, and innovative team across design, estimating, manufacturing and delivery you will be joining a high performing and supportive team delivering commercial projects up to $2M. This role will be based offices in Blacktown with flexibility on offer.
Responsibilities
Estimating & Quoting
Prepare quantity take-offs and review project requirements.
Request and compare supplier quotes.
Draft and update client quotes and revisions.
Convert approved quotes into actionable tasks.
Purchasing
Review quantity take-offs for procurement.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing.
Draft and place purchase orders.
Follow up on order status and delivery timelines.
