You will report directly to the Store Manager/Store Owner or Supervisor (whichever applicable)∗ Principal duties will include hands-on food & beverage service and production∗ Ensuring quick, efficient and polite service is delivered at all times; smile and greet customers within 2 minutes.∗ Ensuring food quality and presentation is kept at a high standardaccording to premium product charter, including constant food portion control∗ Actively participate in innovation and changes to the business via the team Facebook page.∗ Leadership in a team environment, working with other team members to build a harmonious and productive team∗ Ensuring control of all costs in your area∗ Assisting in training for team members (as directed by your manager/supervisor) ∗ Communicating with front and back of house team members to ensure service is reaching optimum levels∗ Planning and co-ordination to ensure that cafe service runs efficiently and effectively∗ Maintaining and implementing merchandise standards, displays and sales techniques, so as to capitalise and improve sales opportunities∗ Maintaining security of store, stock, equipment and other team members∗ Ensuring compliance of workplace health and safety and other legislative requirements∗ Ensuring store cleanliness is maintained according to cleaning schedule∗ Assisting in all areas of the cafe as required.∗ Ensuring compliance with Cayman’s Operations and Training Manual∗ Understanding of and responsibility for applying the ‘Standard Terms and Conditions of Employment’

∗ Contributing to the profitability and success of the Caymannetwork.∗ Proactively participate in team meetings and training to improve product knowledge and skills across all areas of the business. ∗ Ensure your uniforms are maintained, clean and worn in accordance Company standards as detailed in the induction manual.∗ Ensure that food safety regulations and food handling is of the highest standard in accordance with the standards outlined in the induction manual.

Pay: $58,000.00 per year
