• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts, adhering to the hotel's culinary standards.
• Menu Development: Assist in creating and updating menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
• Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
• Quality Control: Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation by tasting and adjusting dishes as necessary.
• Health & Safety: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Guest Interaction: Occasionally engage with guests to address special dietary requirements and gather feedback.
