Job Title: Full-Time Café Allrounder
Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and motivated Full-Time Café Allrounder to join our team. As a café allrounder, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with food and beverage preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth café operations. This role requires multitasking abilities and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate orders and provide recommendations.
Ensure timely delivery and address customer queries.
Food and Beverage Preparation:Prepare and serve a variety of items.
Follow recipes and maintain quality.
Operate equipment and maintain cleanliness.
Cash Handling and POS: Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
Reconcile cash drawer and report discrepancies.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean tables, countertops, and café areas.
Wash dishes and utensils.
Restock supplies and maintain tidiness.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with café staff.
Assist colleagues during busy periods.
Communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements:
Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and safety.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
