The Role (you do everything)
Cook our fluffy soufflé pancakes!
Greet guests, run POS, manage queues.
Make drinks, barista, assemble orders.
Prep, portion, plate, and support the pancake station.
Dishes, cleaning, restock; open/close checklists.
Follow tight SOPs for speed, consistency, and food safety.
What you’ll do
Show a meticulous attention to detail.
Deliver fast, friendly service during rushes.
Keep the space spotless.
Communicate clearly under pressure.

Coachable, fast, calm under pressure; tidy and punctual.
Basic (home) cooking skills.
Evenings + weekends available.
Clear communication; team-first attitude.
