With 50 seats inside and 20 seats outside, we are building a new spot for business and casual.

About The Role …
Chef/Café Cook
We are currently accepting applications for experienced Chef/Cafe Cook who have bright, outgoing personalities and exceptional customer service skills to fill positions within our very popular Cafe.
The successful candidate must have full availability.
Key Responsibilities Include
Preparing high quality meals for customers from the menu and ensuring food is served in good time and well presented
Working alongside the Front of House Supervisor to ensure good working relationships are maintained between kitchen and table waiting staff, within a fast-paced and pressurised environment
Working with the management team to develop menus using fresh, good quality and healthy ingredients for the café including meal ideas for special events
Assisting with design and advice of kitchen remodelling where necessary
Adhering to Food Safety Standards, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
Working with the management team to control stock levels and monitor wastage
Behavioural Competencies
Professional cooking and food presentation skills and customer service skills
A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
Work positively and co-cooperatively with all team members
Creative idea for seasonal menu
Lead the kitchen staff with cleanliness of kitchen and associated areas
Provide a high level of customer service
We require the services of a reliable, energetic, dedicated person with a happy disposition in the Sydney CBD area Monday - Friday.
