We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team and take charge of the kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in preparing quick bites and beverages while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Cooking:
Prepare and serve dishes like sandwiches, burgers, Maggi, mocktails, softy, and sodas efficiently.
Maintain consistency in food quality, portion size, and presentation.
Menu Development:
Collaborate on menu ideas and introduce new items to keep the offerings exciting and appealing.
Create signature mocktails and experiment with flavors to enhance the menu.
Kitchen Management:
Manage food inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen as per food safety regulations.
Customer Experience:
Customize dishes as per customer preferences when required.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the cafe staff to ensure smooth kitchen-to-customer service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a chef or cook in cafes, quick-service restaurants, or a similar environment.
Expertise in preparing sandwiches, burgers, Maggi, mocktails, and desserts like softy.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Creativity and enthusiasm to innovate with food and beverages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
