About the role
The Coffee Nook' is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations the cafe in Mansfield QLD 4122. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for the hospitality industry to ensure the continued success of our popular cafe.
What you'll be doing
Managing all aspects of cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the cafe's reputation
Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment for the cafe team
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for growth and improvement
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a Cafe Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service and people management skills
Financial reporting and analysis experience, inventory control, and cost management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
