We’re now on the lookout for a hands-on, motivated, and experienced Café Manager/Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house operations and contribute to the continued success of the café.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain a high standard of customer service
Manage rosters, staff scheduling, and daily task delegation
Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to coordinate service and maintain flow
Ensure the café remains clean, well-presented, and fully stocked at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and supplier communication
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist with sales tracking, reporting, and overall café performance improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
