Bistro Morgan is seeking a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our Windsor venue as we embark on an exciting renovation and relaunch. This is your chance to join our dedicated management team and play a key role from day one in making our café shine!
About Us: Bistro Morgan is renowned for its vibrant offerings including fresh coffees, toasties, doughnuts, soft drinks, matcha, teas, and soon-to-launch muffins, fresh juices, and smoothies. Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations ensuring excellence in customer service and café presentation.
Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier relationships.
Uphold and improve cleaning standards and café hygiene.
Maintain consistently high coffee standards.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Sequence of Service (SOS).
Lead by example, cultivating an environment of passion, accountability, and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in hospitality/café environments.
Proven skills in managing and motivating a team.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive personality.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and product quality.
Experience with coffee standards and training highly preferred.
