Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Duty Manager for a 8 screen multiplex cinema cafeteria to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience Like Hotel, Restaurants or QSR. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsibilities and Duties
Café Operations:
Totally responsible for café operation & sales.
Ensure that customers are satisfied with quality of food and service.
Supervises the functions of the employees, facilities, operations and cost on a day- to-day basis.
Sets up targets/ goals for the team, makes constant effort to achieve the same.
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
Manage Café operation, which includes but not limited to, staff scheduling, training, inventory etc.
Follow food and safety regulations and policies.
Order Management for food supplies and the kitchen orders.
Assist with marketing events.
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Proven food and beverage management experience
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software)
Any Graduate/ Undergraduate in business administration, Hospitality/Hotel management or relevant discipline.
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Age: less than 40 years
Language: Fluency in Tamil & English is must (Hindi add-on advantage)
Ability to Commute:
Tiruppur, Erode, Pollachi Tamil Nadu (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
Tiruppur, Erode, Pollachi Tamil Nadu: Relocate before starting work (Required)
