Job Description
The Yarralumla Play Station is an iconic Canberra destination undergoing an exciting transformation. We are seeking a hands-on Café Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a unique, fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time role with weekend work required.
You will report directly to the Manager and work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure smooth operations across the venue. This is a leadership role where you will be expected to jump in and do everything from making coffee to managing rosters and stock.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily café operationsDeliver exceptional customer service
Lead, train and support staff
Assist with managing rosters, ordering and stock control
Maintain high standards across service and presentation

Strong leadership and people skills
Confident and experienced barista
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Experience managing a café or hospitality venue
Genuine passion for people and customer experience
