We are in search of Manager - Supervisors that have the ability to provide high end customer service.
The Role:
Manager
You will manage all aspects of this fast pace store
Operations & Quality Control
Staff Management
Ensure great customer experience
Ordering , Rostering (Deputy preferred)
Be able to lead and delegate
Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
Serving customers and using the POS system
Engaging with your team and customers alike
Skills & Experience:
People's person with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
Latte Art preferred but not essential
Previous manager/supervisor experience in café or restaurant (2 Years)
What's on Offer:
We have a vacancy for a Manager & Supervisor. We operate between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.
