FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE
Overseeing daily business operations of opening and closing Restaurant on time, effecient to work and adjusting in different working conditions be it Cloud Kitchens or Cafes !
Taking Charge of Restaurant Operations .Deliver 100% smooth operations to achieve consistent and great service and product standards.
Ensures Compliance With All Restaurant Policies, Standards, And Procedures and resolving problems that occur on their shift.
Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff. Delegating tasks to team members/Managing scheduling.
Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so. Innovates ways to reduce Wastage and all COSTS in his Shift .
Ensure there is adequate stock of supplies and also consistently maintain inventory.
Responsible for delivering outstanding Guest service to each and every Customers
Analyzing & evaluating reports making action plans to fix the issues & executing the same with continuous evaluation.
Good Communicator and Team Handling -Team Building Skills .
Ideal Profile
QSR EXPERIENCE MUST ( AS BRAND KFC,DOMINOS,MC ETC )
FAST FOOD RESTURANT EXPERIENCE
You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
