Located in the vibrant suburb of Semaphore, Mr Pilgrim Café is looking for dedicated, energetic, and professional Cafe Supervisor/Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on great service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere for our local community.
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced cafe team Supervisor/Manager that has experience working within the cafe scene and Understands local customer service and that local vibe.
We are looking for a hands-on leader to help drive our daily operations and maintain our high standards of service.
Operational Leadership: Overseeing floor flow and managing the team during busy peak periods.
Ordering & Inventory: Managing stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the café is always service-ready for our busiest periods.
Cashiering & Financials: Responsible for secure cash handling, processing payments, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
Customer Excellence: Ensuring every guest receives a professional and welcoming experience.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality environment. Strong barista skills and a "lead-by-example" work ethic are essential.
