Technical Skills: Looking for Chartered Accountants (max 4 attempts) with 0-2 years of experience for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting / SAP BPC consultant role. SAP experience is not required, candidate will be provided training on SAP BPC / GR tool. Sound Finance & Accounting and MS-Excel knowledge is essential Excellent Subject knowledge on Consolidation accounting and reporting Knowledge on Financial Reporting Good finance functional skills including below are important: Understanding of role of Management and Statutory Accounting INDAS, USGAAP and IFRS Reporting Standards Accounting and consolidation principles SAP working knowledge will be an added advantage Soft Skills: Good Analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Should be technology enthusiastic. Strong English verbal and written skills Strong organizational skills and eagerness to drive deliverable to closure Self-starter and proactive, including managing deliverable, able to work independently, understanding timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance Key Responsibilities Requirements gathering and documentation in structured manner to drive Requirements Traceability Matrix Solution design for Consolidation and Finance Closing processes in S/4HANA Group Reporting / SAP BPC based on INDAS / IFRS / USGAAP / Any other GAAP as applicable. Support Project Management to develop and then deliver achievable Project Plan Manage business and technology stakeholders
