•Rotari Bakes is a premium, fast-growing bakery specialising in bespoke cakes, focaccia sandwiches, and high-quality desserts.
We are looking for a full-time Bakery Assistant who can confidently support cake decorating, sandwich preparation, and daily bakery operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, creative, and able to work efficiently in a busy production and retail environment
You will play an important role in maintaining our high standards of quality, presentation, and organisation across all bakery sections.
Main Responsibilities
Cake Decorating & Cake Finishing
Decorate and finish cakes using buttercream,fresh cream , ganache, fresh toppings, and edible decorations
Follow design briefs for bespoke celebration and wedding cakes
Prepare fillings, creams, and basic sponge elements when required
Maintain consistent high presentation standards
Support with cake preparation during busy periods
