Job Description
Perform Calibration services either in our lab or on customer site on equipment which you have been qualified to do based technical qualification certificate.
Troubleshoot and Repair Test and Measurement equipment which you are assigned and qualified to do.
Reports Direct to the Lab Manager and carries out directives given by the Lab Manager. Perform Equipment Cleaning, Battery / Fuse Replacement.
Perform Equipment Adjustments when required.
Works efficiently and enthusiastically on assignments and goal attainment.
Contribute to a good working environment in the company where each individual works as a team for the common good of the company, community, and country.
Attend and actively participate in Management Meetings for the technical group.
Acts ethically and honestly, identifies others whose behaviour is not in line with the organization’s convictions.
Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and completing them as expected.
Responsible for the timely completion of paperwork associated with Calibration (Creating Certs and Data Sheets, On Site Reports, Customer Feedback Forms, reverse traceability reports, etc.)
Use Automation Software during calibrations that we have modified.
When on site or out in the field acts as Ambassador for MPC and looks for opportunities that MPC could benefit from. Passes information on these opportunities to Sales Team.
Coordinates with Office and Lab Managers to make sure that lab meets required environmental, procedural and quality standards as guided by Company Quality and CSD manuals as well as our ISO Accreditation requirements.
Reports information on competitors as may be gathered in the industry or on site. Reports these findings to the Lab Management.
Drives total quality improvement by meeting quality goals and actively suggesting Preventative Actions.
