About The Job
We are looking for a seasoned attorney with significant trial and litigation experience to join our team as a Senior Staff Attorney. In this role, you will be responsible for litigating cases throughout Northern California, with a focus on complex and high-exposure matters.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement defense strategies to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients
Prepare and present complex pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs
Communicate effectively with clients, claims customers, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and achieve business objectives
Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and industry developments
