Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team in the pharma retail sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Tamil and demonstrate a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to pharma retail products and services.
• Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Log and document all customer interactions and feedback in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service.
Requirements:
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Education: Any graduate (preferred).
• Preferred Immediate Joiners.
Shift Details:
• Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off).
