Job Summary
Looking for reliable team players who are willing to learn and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are a growing multi-group practice that specializes in family medicine, pain management, orthopedics, and urgent care. Seeking Call Center Representatives to join a team of medical professionals in the Kaneohe area.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls from patients in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with patients
- Work in a computerized environment to update patient information and relay messages to appropriate teams/staff
- Collaborate with the call center team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
