Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 6 months–3 years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month + incentives
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Call Centre Agent to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires strong communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads list.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Answer customer queries and handle objections effectively.
Maintain call records and update CRM with accurate details.
Follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign inputs.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Proven experience in tele calling in sales role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge is must.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
