Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Resolve issues and provide information clearly and effectively
Update customer records in the system
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Meet call handling and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
