Scope of Role & Responsibilities
• Call providers to verify their current contact information is correct; updating information as needed
• Engage with providers and their staff to capture issues they may have with the plan
• Communicate issues to the Vice President for further escalation
• Other tasks as assigned by the VP or other team management.
