### Job Description:
WhiteHat Jr is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to the growth of our innovative educational platform. As a Call Center Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our students and their parents with inquiries and assistance related to our courses and services.
### Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Support:** Act as the first point of contact for students and parents; respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
**Information Management:** Research and gather information related to queries from customers about our courses, pricing, schedules, and policies; ensure accurate and timely responses.
**Problem Solving:** Assist customers in resolving issues related to their accounts, course completions, and technical difficulties effectively and efficiently.
**Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries in our CRM system; summarize actionable insights to inform management of recurring issues.
**Cooperation and Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and resolve escalated inquiries promptly.
**Feedback and Improvement:** Collect customer feedback regularly and provide insights to management to enhance the overall customer experience.
**Quality Assurance:** Adhere to established service-level agreements (SLAs) for response time and customer satisfaction; strive to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
**Ongoing Training:** Participate in any necessary training sessions and stay updated about the latest course offerings and company policies.
### Requirements:
**Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the educational or ed-tech sector.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
**Technical Skills:** Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer applications; must have reliable internet access and a functional home office setup.
**Personality Traits:** Must be motivated and dedicated to providing excellent service; demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude at all times.
**Soft Skills:** Strong research abilities to find relevant information quickly; excellent cooperation skills to work as part of a team, and adapt to rapidly changing situations and customer needs.
**Communication:** Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
**Time Management:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
