Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Associate. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues through voice and chat mediums. The Call Center Associate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• 0 - 1 Year of experience
• Computer Literacy skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Experience and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Contact Centers
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, experience in a call center or customer service environment, and knowledge of additional languages.
