We are looking for a talented and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team at Zoho Corporation. This is a remote work position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues.
3. Provide information about products and services to customers.
4. Assist customers with placing orders or processing returns.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
6. Update customer information in the database.
7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
8. Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
+. Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong strategic planning skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
