The Call Center (BPO) position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support. As the primary point of contact for customers, the Call Center Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Answering and managing inbound calls from customers
