Responsibilities
• Handle incoming or outgoing customer calls. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions, explain about services and screening Health Check packages, Appointment Confirmation and Reminder Calls.

Qualifications
• Min 12th passed / Any Graduation.
Experience
Min 6 months experience – Freshers welcome provided they have excellent English grammar.
