Job Description
• Should possess least a Graduate (Minimum three years duration) degree in any field from recognized University/ Institution.
• Graduate with work experience in other call centers.
• Fluency in Assamese,Bengali, English,fluency in other language Hindi.
Roles and Responsibilities-
• 1.Response call at the earliest.
• 2.Verify caller address properly.
• 3.Coordinate with field staff effectively.
• 4.Should have good computer knowledge of MS Excel.
• 5.Should be able to work in shifts.
