Job Summary
Ensure all complaints/queries resolution received from customers/LCOs/Contact
Ensure all stipulated reports are processed as per defined timelines
Daily complaints fetch from an internal Software & share with respective units and arrange to close within process defined TAT.
Call to respective Fields Technical Staff & ensure timely and effective coordination of complaints, concerns, incidents that require joint investigation with a partner organization.
Root cause analysis of complaints identified & providing regular reports.
Manage issues, and escalate to appropriate desks for resolutions of issues.
Responsible for creation of dashboards, Design, develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
Data collation and consolidation.
Daily Wise maintain Complaint calling Report and forward to Concern Person.
Take Follow-up with deactivate Boxes customers and convince them to reactive connection.
