Tele counselling
? Counsellors should be very clear about the pitching and they have to focus on the content of delivery.
? Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion.
? Responsible for calling and taking appointments from schools/ college/ institutions.
? E - Mailers: she has to send thanks email after every new visit as the same time when the executive shares the email immediately after the visit updated in WhatsApp group.
? Converting leads into successful admissions.
