Position: Call Center Executive
Responsibilities:
• * Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• * Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• * Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Elite Job products/services to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
• * Documentation: Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure all information is accurately documented.
• Required Skills:
• * Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.

• * Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.

• * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
