Description
Vitawerks is looking for a Call Center Executive to develop and maintain customer relationships.
In this role, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Manage existing skilled nursing and long term care facilities and grow the total number of shifts that are requested by them.
• Coordinate with facilities and healthcare professionals (HCPs) for scheduling of shifts, sending reminders and compilation of shift completion data.
• Handle all queries, shift requirements, rescheduling, cancellations, disputes and incidents with partner facilities and HCPs
• Actively engage and build relationships with existing pool of HCP’s and facilities
• Act as a single point of contact for HCPs and facilities.
• Onboard new HCP’s
• Assist the recruitment team as and when required.
