Call Center Executive
Inbound & outbound calls
• Collect and analyze call-center statistics
• Whatsapp and id handling
• to maintain high customer service standards
• Telephone handling
• To handle queries carefully and politely
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Build sustainable relationships and engage Donors by taking extra efforts.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
• Meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Work with colleagues to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long-term professional relationships.
• Provide periodic reports to Key Manager
Education/Experience
We have a requirement for 10 candidates (Contact Center Executive) for Day (+am - 6pm) / Night 10pm - 7 am) & Evening
( 1pm - 10pm / 11am - 8 pm) shift.
Any Graduate (Graduation should be completed)
Fresher / 1+ Years of Experience. (Can convince donors and polite way of discussion)
Typing Speed - 22 WPM
Good communication skills
