Job Description
Our healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Call Center Head to lead our call center operations in Ahmedabad. The Call Center Head will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the call center, including managing a team of call center agents, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and professionally, and continuously improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the call center team to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Develop and implement call center strategies and procedures to improve call quality and service delivery
Monitor call center performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Ensure that all call center agents are trained and equipped to handle calls efficiently and professionally
Manage call center staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations
Analyze call center data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain effective relationships with other departments and stakeholders to support the call center's objectives
Continuously improve call center processes and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain a positive and professional work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field
At least 5 years of experience managing a call center in healthcare or a related industry
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Experience using call center technology and software, such as call center routing systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and workforce management (WFM) tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
