Lenskart is seeking a confident and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time entry level position, the Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, provide product information, and offer excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide product information and assistance with placing orders
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a confident attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- No prior experience required, as training will be provided
