About the Internship:

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the customer's inquiry and coordination with the operations team and coordination

2. Initiating follow-up with customers & manage a database of leads allocation

3. Working on the improvement and quality assurance programs

4. Helping in haulers resolve their route-related queries

5. Handling the customer's calls on telecom-related queries

6. Troubleshooting technical queries for various clients through voice, chat, and email

Note: This is a customer service semi-voice process.

Timing - Night shift (flexible).

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
