US based collection process,
Shift Time - 5:30 PM to 10 AM (night shift)
Week Off - 5 days working 2 days week off (Rotational)
6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement - paid separately for it
Education - HSC minimum
Experience -Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply
Salary - Fresher - 236000/- (15+2+1), Non BPO experience - 252000/- (17+2+1), BPO CS 26+000/-(18+2+1), BPO sales, retention, collection exp - 2+0000 (20+2+1), collection experience over 1 year upto 350000/- (25+2+1) post approval
