Fromer Eye Centers is seeking a Call Center Representative to join the call center supporting our busy multi-site practice. This role will be part of the initial contact team for patients interested in our services and be responsible for assisting patients in making appointments, answering basic questions, filtering them to the correct department, persuading a potential new patient to work with us as well as other areas.
