Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Sales Manager at Placemint in Bengaluru. The Call Center Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, team management, customer service, team leadership, and contact center operations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Contact Centers skills
• Team Management and Team Leadership skills
• Experience in leading and motivating teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Prior experience in call center operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
